Meet Seth – Owner & Lead Contractor

With over 18 years of experience in construction and remodeling, his roots in the industry run deep. He began working with his Dad at just 16, learning not only the skills of the trade but the value of hard work, honesty, and doing things right the first time.

Clients consistently describe Seth as reliable, skilled, trustworthy, and easy to work with — and it’s easy to see why. He treats every home like it’s his own, takes pride in the smallest details, and ensures every project is completed to the highest standard.

Seth brings more than skill to every project — he brings heart. When he’s not on a job site, you'll find him spending time outdoors with his wife and kids - whether it's riding, camping, barbecuing, or just enjoying a sunny St. George afternoon. 

A lifelong Superman enthusiast, Seth has a love for all things heroic — a fitting trait for someone who shows up for his clients with integrity and dependability every day. He’s also on a never-ending quest for the perfect cheeseburger and milkshake, always willing to try a new local spot and probably ranking it in his mental top 10.
